I think that's the 78-pin cable for the Artic Multiport boards.

Happy to make a deal for you with this (and other stuff) seeing as how
we're both interested in # 5223710169. If you're interested in the
"accessories" (Like Artic Portmasters) it would likely work out as I'm
interested in the case myself.
