Tim Knight has kindly sent me a 7012-32h which he has spent many hours
setting up. He is in the US on 110v 60 hz. I am in OZ on 240v 50 hz. The
power supply in the unit is labeled 100v/240v 50hz/60hz.
Reading all the manuals I presume the unit has an automatic power supply
which detects the input voltage automatically. The manual does not state
this.
There is no voltage switch on the power supply.
I dont want to burn the unit out.
Is it safe to plug it into the wall socket at turn it on ?
My MCA RS/6000 adventure is about to begin.
Thanks
Basil
