SAMSUNG External storage drive problem

I bought a 2 1/2 inch 160 MB SAMSUNG external hdd using USB that
worked fine until this morning.When i plug it in now, windows does not
see it. It is not displayed in windows
explorer, . However, the "Safely remove hardware" icon does
appear in the task bar and when i click on the icon, the model is
shown
but capacity of the drive is not reported..
(The light is on ,the USB cable is changed new one bought.)

Please help
