Its likely just bearing whine, not a problem.

about 1hr, I took the full option on the surface scan) :

Thats not much use because it doesnt
show the raw data like Everest does.

That should make it clear whether you have had bad
sectors in the past and they have been reallocated, or
whether its just bearing whine which is purely cosmetic.
