Yep, when its an ATA drive.

Yep, its a problem with the physical drive, not the partition.

When ever you have a drive thats bigger than
137G and its an ATA drive, not SCSI or external.

Thats fine for 48 bit LBA support, what you need for drives over 137G

That may or may not support drives over 137G.
There should be an updated bios on the motherboard
manufacturer's wet site if it doesnt currently support
drives over 137G. It probably does support them already.
