2.5" drive recommendations?

Hi,

I'm looking for a 100GB, 5400 RPM, 2.5" drive, and considering the ones
from Hitachi (5K100), Seagate (ST9100823A-RK), and Toshiba, and was
wondering if anyone here had any recommendations, especially relative to
reliability?
