Wait a sec.
If you have HDD with XP, you can just simply boot to XP on HDD,
run the dumping utility, plug in your USB key, and copy the dumped
video card firmware from your HDD to your USB key.
Note that when boot to XP, you can run both 16bit and 32bit program
(i.e. your dumping utility).
So what is your problem anyway?
