I cant believe anyone was stupid enough to pay for the creature creator.
Like throwing money away do you? Next we will be paying forgamedemos. Its
a real con that and this very gimmick has really made me consider not
touching thegamewith a bargepole. To be honest I think t looks rather
rubbish anyway but even if I was really intrested in it I would be paying
them for a demo.

I guess you haven't played with the Creature Creator. Value per time
played for me has been about $1 per hour. You can always download the
free version of the Creature Creator and not get all the parts. What's
the issue?

The game is rated e10, so is fine for kids and adults.

Well its obviously just a gimmick to drum up interest in the game. It should
be free. Im not paying for it unless you get a discount on the game when it
comes out. IMO its pretty daft of the makers to release it so early. Chances
are a lot of people will play it till they are fed up and then not want to
buy the game. They should have released it free a month before tehg ame is
released which would then act as a demo and drum up the interest. I dont
mind kids buying the game and in fact my kid will probably play the free
demo of the demo that I got recently. But I for one am not paying for that
kind of advertising with my money. Maybe it is just me but I dont feel right
about it. Same as I dont intend to pay for an online DVD and then pay again
for the hours I play it. That stuff is just too greedy for me to be a part
of it. I dont like ehat is becoming of PC gaming. Its obviously becoming big
business for some people whereas Ive always treated as nothing more than a
hobby. Perhaps I am just too old to be a part of the new commercialism in
computer gaming. But for all the money and massive advertising around I dont
see any games coming out that inspire me to buy.
