Most certainly, yes. CM10 also has a large number of artificial opponents
with specific characteristics, so you can play against AI that almost seems
human insofar that tehse virtual playing partners have unique strengthes,
weaknessses and habits. Plus you get a rating and can view your progress
graphically, and you can choose from AIs that are around your own level, so
yoi never feel like "seeing no land". It's quite a nice package, especially
for it's very low price. By what you wrote, I'd say CM10 is exactly what
you're looking for.
Or CM9 if it's going cheap - that was also a feature.
