i would consider it a bug, then. i was annoyed that the ai moved
immediately out of the way of red smoke artillery as well, usually
completely avoiding it (unless they ran back into it. which happens.)

i guess the ai is programmed to move right away and it doesn't factor in
the smoke. they could be reacting to the sound, but there should be a
delay.
