I wish I had some friends, or that my wife was a gamer, would make

WoW was my first MMO since UO first came out. WoW became very
addictive for me, and I quit. Had to, as my wife and I were expecting
our first child.

I'm a very casual PC gamer now, have 1-2 hours a night available.

I've been pondering grabbing Age of Conan, but my system isn't the
greatest.

I'm thinking about LOTRO.

Then I'm wondering if DAOC, EQ2, AC2.. if anyone still plays those and
if they are still worthwhile.

*sigh* I'd like to play something and make some online friends and
have some fun for those 1-2 hours killing monsters and questing.

Not into PvP really, unless I found some people I could meet up
regularly with online.

City of Heroes/Villains or Guild Wars (Nightfall) if you're time limited,
though at 1-2 hrs per night we have very different definitions of 'casual'
;)


What's your definition? 15 min?

I'm probably in the 1-2 hours range, every other night, when you
average it out - and unable to commit time on weekends (i.e. can't
guarantee I'll be on 4 hours for a raid or TF, so don't start them and
only join if they know that). Compared to how much it seems most
people play on these MMOs I definitely fall in the casual range...
