Sadly, the "RP" in MMORPG is not because of 'role playing', but
because of 'roll playing', i.e. basically that you have stats and
stuff is decided by stats and random numbers. In the beginning of
MMOs times, yes RP meant role playing (and roll playing), but as the
genre became successful and gained 'mass acceptance', all you see now
are mostly teenagers drooling over 'phat lewt' and naked dancing
emotes.

Hey! I resent that! We're not all teenagers you know ;-p
