| I had forgotten about that. DM II Skullkeep had the same control mechanism
| and a similar story, didn't it? Not quite an acknowledgement of the fourth

I would imagine it had the same controls... I never actually played DM 2, I
played the original Dungeon Master and then the Eye of the Beholder sequel,
but then alas at some point I had to give up my Amiga and trudge into the
real world.

| DMoMM... Dark Messiah of Might and Magic? There are too many acronyms for
| me to keep track of now. :)
|

heh, yah that's it... I forgot it took me about a week to figure out what
DMoMM was when everyone was talking about it here. I picked that one up in
a bargain bin on one of my business trips, and popped it in recently to try
it out. Finished it rather quickly, and was rather annoyed with the whole
STEAM implementation - it installed single and multiplayer on my system,
then when it went out to update via STEAM it reinstalled 2 new versions of
single and multi, had to wait for-freakin-EVER to actually play it. But
hey, now it's on my STEAM account and I can pop it into my notebook if I
ever feel like playing on the road.

But I digress... Dark Messiah did have some fun 1st person immersion, which
was probably one of its big saving graces.
