Steam cost them a sale ... and

.... they did not care one bit. I walked into a Video Game
store this weekend, and started to buy a game that was
very popular a while back. Then I remembered that the
gamers were complaining about "Steam", so I asked
the sales guys what was the big deal. Both of them
agreed that it was stupid, and neither of them had
every played the game, and did not recommend it.
It was Half Life 2 for $19. Never played it.
