The No CD patches I've found are twice the size unpacked as the original exe. Are these okay to use?
The one I'm using is three times the size of the original and seems to be OK.
I just wonder, why they had to pack this game on four CDs instead of one DVD. And of course, this game doesn't come in a fancy four-CD-case like, say, Final Fantasy VII an FFVIII for PlayStation. No Sir, you always wonder if the CD breaks this or the next time, you try to force it out of that stupidly designed rotting piece of plastic from Hell. The case is, if someone doesn't hapen to know, designed to hold three CDs or DVDs on top of each other, whilst one CD is packed in one of these paper sleeves and resides next to the manual.
I was as if struck by lightning, when I opened the case.
I'd rather have a diarrhoea dump in my ear than trying to install this sucker from CDs once more. I hope the CD to DVD conversion thingy worked, since I still play the first installation, which I used the CDs for. At least there's enough room for the DVD in the case as well.
And of course, I welcomed the No Intro Fix with open arms.
