It looks okay except for that graphics controller. It's probably not
going to like the fact that you don't have a dedicated graphics card.
It may still run but you will definitely have to turn the graphics
settings down. The computer I played Titan Quest on had the same
specs as you, 2.8 P4 with 512mb RAM, only I did have a 128mb radeon
9600 graphics card. I had to turn the settings down to get the game
to play decently, but it did play okay enough to be enjoyable. Some
occasional lag and choppiness but nothing too bad. I just don't know
how it will do without a graphics card.
