LotRO - retaking weathertop, we should do this one together

I retried a particular instance called "Retake Weathertop" with a
pretty good group. We _almost_ made it. The end has a nasty boss and
when you think "oh thank goodness, we are going to win" something even
worse comes along. But the entire quest is great fun, the best
instance I have seen so far.

I am not trying again until I am level 24-25 which is going to take a
bit of time since I am only approaching 23 now. Being beaten on as
the Guardian I really need to be tougher to handle this one. Or just
be a much, much better player. One of the two. =P

It is a level 20 quest, but that is a joke. I guess it is possible
with PERFECT tactics and a lot of conjunctions, but that is the only
way.

If we could get a full fellowship together of characters that are
level 21-22+, including a Minstrel and possibly a Burglar as well, we
could do it pretty easily I think. Especially now that I have had two
practice runs and saw some good tactics on the second.

It would be best with a Burglar as I think you really need the
conjunctions in this one unless you are just super high-level.
However Minstrel is an absolute MUST. My group this second time was
comparable to the first, only we had two Guardians then and this time
we had one (me) and a Minstrel along with 3 DPSers and a burglar...and
for a while there I thought we would make it. But I think the DPSers
needed to be a couple levels higher because they were missing more
than they should have been and the damage just wasn't being dealt fast
enough for that last boss... plus I did a good job of keeping him
angry and he was just doing too much to me for catch a breath/the
minstrel to keep me going.

Maybe if we have a Burglar and Minstrel high enough in level and there
is interest a few of us could practice on the higher-level Maple trees
in the South Barrow-Downs (or the elite Dourhands or Moor-Web spiders
in the Lone-Lands... there are quests for both of those and they are
certainly doable with a few people) to work on conjunctions and get a
feel for playing together against elites until everybody is leveled up
enough to try the instance.

If it would be too hard to organize or nobody wants to bother, that is
fine. But I'd just rather do this one with kinship folks than a
random group as it's a blast. I found out the experience reward isn't
that great, so there is no point in hurrying to do it in order to
level up. Much easier quests to do for leveling. I'm willing to wait
a while on it too, if I end up much higher in level it will just make
me more survivable, not make the quest overly easy. It isn't like I
can do much damage to actually take down the bosses anyway, I just try
to keep them annoyed and beating the crap out of me instead of someone
else. =P
