Crytek says there will be a downloadable demo for SP and MP.
And it should run pretty much OK on an 8800GTX.
I predict that there will be absolutely nothing in June,
and there might be another movie demo .. probably
about the PS3 port. Rumor they are hiring one PS3
programmer. Well .... at least now they will have one
programmer actually working on Crysis.
I'm waiting for PB to give us the next, and final, patch
to make G3 run smooth. Maybe that will come out in
June too. Gee. I can't wait.

You are a veritable idiot....
Crysis is not waiting for you. Neither do Crytek care much about your
vacuous opinions. Nice to know that since the game will not exist (at
least in your mind) you will not be buying it. Hence, no need for us
to worry about you posting your customary idiotic spoilers on these
newsgroups.
The release is waiting for a critical mass of Dx10-capable cards in
the wild... maybe say 2 million. Timing likely coordinated by
agreement between EA, nVidia, Microsoft (Vista) and hopefully, ATI.
Ushering in the Dx10 era needs to be done with a bang, not a
whimper... to the benefit of all of the above-named parties. And
unlikely to be released during the low months of the Summer.
A fully-working SP demo on July 15 (a la the 2 fully- working SP demos
of Far Cry a couple of months before the game's release) will whet
appetites and really stimulate the purse-opening for Vista and for
sufficiently-powerful Dx10 hardware in time for a September-October
game release.
