Huh? How does one contradict the other??? I'm talking about 2 different
issues, 1 being how well behaved the gen pop was/is in towns (not
including the team players), the other about how much chatter there is
in towns. Chatter <> bad behaviour necessarily. What am I missing here? :-/

It's an example of the phenomenon above: everything in Guild Wars (just
like LOTRO) must be better than WOW. Though at the time I didn't
realise I was talking to someone who had never actually played WOW.

There are a lot of people posting this kind of stuff. Maybe some of
them are like you, and don't even play the game. Or they played it
some time ago and got upset about something and are now blathering on
about random things that happened to them.

One thing you can rest assured about is that I'm not going to play the
game just to 'prove' you wrong. That you can take all the way to the
bank, but I'll be damned if Buzzard ever will :)

I don't care if you do or not. I'm unlikely to play LOTRO. What would
be nice, though, would be if you stopped gibbering on about the
deficiencies of a game you plainly know nothing about.

People here actually think that someone needs to be an addicted expert
in a game to have an opinion. I've got news: just like politics or
football, I certainly don't have to play first-hand to have an informed
opinion. If you don't like it, that's your problem.

Your opinions are drivel. I can this, because I play the game.

All I can say is that on Darkmoon Faire (EU) my characters have
experienced practically nothing in the way of griefing (one or two
naked dancers, months apart, some spamming in the general chat
channel), node stealing etc.

Lucky you.

Other RP-PvE realms have been much the same, in my experience. PvP
realms seem to be a bit less friendly, with little chat, but I haven't
played enough on them to be able to form a valid opinion on their
overall quality.
