Excuse me, exactly why would you want such an item ?
Assuming that you pay for the game, I cannot fathom your logic.
Maybe you just collect games like butterflies, your only enjoyment
being able to boast that you finished a game in a shorter time than
anybody else ?

Or, considering that this is an RPG group ... maybe he wants to go
through the story and be able to role play the game to the best of his
ability without having to worry about how he'd be gimping his character
for combat?

Not everyone who uses cheats or makes the difficulty easier does it
only to get the enjoyment of finishing it faster, you know ...
That's a little dubious though. I guess you can roleplay you're a rich
God instead of the orphan in the little village as the devs intended to
:)
