I doesn't really need any. I use the cheat program GameWiz32 (http://www.gw32.de/english.html) and with that I found the character's money with just two searches (Titan Quest keeps the money in a single memory location, unlike Diablo II which keeps it in three different memory locations) and gave my character $950,000 from the first interaction with the first merchant.

The number of skill points to distribute is also in a single memory location, and I was able to find and max all the skills in my chosen mastery when I got my first three skill points.

I think that's pretty much all the cheating anyone would need in that game... <g>
