Well 'this gate is opened from elsewhere' stopped me for about 15 seconds (push button on wall nearby). And then there's the four sorts of traps, if those count as a puzzle, and the 'pull string to open passage'. 8>.

The 'trapped in a dream' quest has a sort-f puzzle or three too ...
