That's the sad part of online RPG. But that is not isolated to GW, I made a
test of WoW recently, also a great game but there were too many of those
people for my taste. And Diablo 2, well, that is a kindergarten (but I did
make some friendships too in that game, one of them I still talk to years
later).

My suggestion is to find a good Guild and join it. Offcourse that is easier
said than done. But dont just join a random guild in-game, but look for
guild websites, read their forums and if they sound like nice people apply
for membership.
