Man you're slow. I've put 50 hours and done 36 quests :)

Number of quests completed isn't a great meter. There's so much to do in
this game you don't need a quest for and still get a lot of enjoyment. I
spent the first 5 hours after coming out of the starter dungeon just
exploring around, that dungeon near the exit of the sewer, and walking
around the city and stuff.
