Tabula Rasa

Being fundamentally uninterested in MMORPGs I'd not seen the Tabula
Rasa MMORPG until now. Has anyone tried it and can give a quick
run-down on it? Ie, is it first-person view? I got the impression from
NCsofts site that it's basically a MMORPG x FPS hybrid, and if so that
would be real interesting to me.
