Depends if you're looking at it from the point of Maths, or the point of
logic. For maths, you're dead on.
For logic it's a whole different ball game. A binary 0 represents one of two
states. A decimal zero represents one of infinite states, therefore has a
different meaning even if it does have the same mathematical value.
