I would try deleting your C:\Program Files\Installshield directory (or just
moving it temporarily), and also clean out all your systems temp folders,
including C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN HERE\Local
Settings\Temp. That should give the installer a clean slate to work with.
