actually you bought a username and password and even without the cd and
manual being shipped to you, you can log in and play now. that 2k will be
waiting for you in the game in a storage locker, available to use by any
character you choose to create or use the original one made.

I suggest once you receive the login details you change the password, if you
haven't been ripped off when you don't receive a password to login with,
making the account useless. the cd and manual is not required to install and
play the game.
