Nope, although you may get hit up for import duty by the post office
when it's delivered (I end up having to pay duty on about 1/3 of my US
purchases, although have never had to pay on Canadian purchases).
When you are getting patches for games take care if they different US
and Euro patches for instance.

I haven't seen a DVD game that uses region encoding yet :)
Planescape will be on CD (it was originally released back in 2000 I
think, very few DVD games back then ?)
