No, except that some countries have unique hangups, e.g. German
versions will not contain blood <not that new US games tend to do so

Nope. The version you're likely to find comes on two CD's. An older
version with less compressed & more redundant sound came on 4 CD's,
but the content, apart from the sound compression, is the same.
