Having hundreds of people in a glorified chat channel isn't massive, no.

That part is a nice feature that MMORPG's would do well to emulate. But
since you can only play with 8 at a time, it's not what I'd call massive.
The problem with GW is that everything is instanced. If just some of the
mission areas, like WoW or EQ2, I wouldn't have a problem labeling it
MMORPG. I'm willing to conceed that it's MMORPG-lite, however.
