Craig, thanks very much for helping me persevere. I had to close my
account and join again, but it was well worth it as I've now been able
to order Barrowhill. Woohoo!

Looks like they only take PayPal, or at least I wasn't given any other
option. If you can get back into your PayPal account, you *can* associate a
credit card with it and use that for payment. It takes an extra click or two
as the default is the original checking account you setup - and they will
pop up this lovely 'Are you really sure?' message - but it can be done.
