Yes, I'm correct. Congrats are in order! :-) Now, hopefully, you can
just enjoy playing your game.

Now this I have no idea about. I don't honestly remember whether I've
used it with my DVD drive. Since I tend to wear it out watching
movies, I usually try to keep the games to the CD drive. :-)

Hmm. I really know nothing of this. Do you have a scsi drive? I do
have one program that requires ASPI for one thing, but I've never
known what it was and I've never bothered to mess with it. In fact,
sounds like you already knew more than I did. I've never needed it to
use Dosbox. That's just one of those things that's listed as things
to try. You start with the simply and work your way through all the
combinations. Which is basically what you did. Unfortunately, all
the combinations were in differently places. :-)

Yeah, I thought so. Just been a while since I've messed with DOS much
and I've forgotten a lot.

Do you believe me now that the basics don't have to be difficult? :-)
If you do have other problems come up, then you might have to start
learning a bit about that config file.
If you do have any other issues or just don't like the way something
is running, we'll probably have some other suggestions for messing
with that config file. (Now that you see that it won't bite you. :-)
You might want, when you've had a chance to RELAX a bit, to just look
through and see what kind of stuff is in there.

No way to know which one is going to work.

BTW, as for that drive letter stuff between the e and f. I'm kinda
confused as to why that example from the instructions had all of them
mounting d as e. I don't know if that confused you. Especially since
they don't really explain (that I've seen anywhere) what mounting is.
It defines "mount c c:\" as "to mount the C drive." Which is very
useful if you don't know what that means. (That's why I think the
instructions stink. They're written with the assumption you already
know certain things.) Just keep both drive letters the same. If you
ever have reason to want them different, you might be able to use
those adventure skills and figure out how to take advantage of that.
:-)
And just so I can have the last word -- SEE, I told you that you could
figure it out!!!
Now, go mess with some goblins.
