But Gollum is fun! And after having seen the behind-the-
scenes documentaries on the movies' DVD's (the best part
of the movies according to my older sister), I also think
the actor did an amazing job.


Agreed.  I've watched all 18-something hours of the docos,
and I'm now up to watching (listening to) the commentaries
- so far I've only heard the "Director & Writers" (1 out
of 4 commentaries)  Trouble is, I'd have to watch the 11-
something hour movie again from scratch, three more times,
just to hear the rest of the commentaries! ;D
