Played for about 3 hours...I love it!
It'll appear in our part of the world in a coupla weeks. I like about
the game (glean from a few trailers) that it should be as artistically
drawn as Bioshock, and will have the interesting German weapons to
operate. In other words, I expect the game to be immersive, and to
create the mental stimulation. The drawback is that the gameplay looks
consol-ish, for example, the move to grab the German soldier and cover
yourself with him as a live shield. This was the similar move as was
in Gears of War (the player character hides behind the obstacle and
could fire from behind it blindly). This was not surprising to me,
because this game is released as an XBox game as well.
So, can anyone comment on my concerns/expectations ?
there are 3 player reviews up on Gamespot and 1 guy gives it a 9 and
the other 2 rip it to shreds - it may use the Unreal 3 engine but that's no guarantee
of a good game - look at Blacksite: Area 51 !!
wait for a demo
