Yes, it's that time of month again. I tried to delay it a little bit

What have you been playing ... IN FEBRUARY?

Only time for two games. Dark Messiah is the first. Didn't fancy it that much when it came out and i played the demo but that was partly due to performance. Now I have a PC that'll eat it for breakfast and I'm really enjoying it. I particularly love the combat/trap combinations. I'm going to struggle with other games now following this. I'll be lamenting the inability to kick NPC's off cliffs or tall buildings, set arrows on fire, throw a jar of oil and then set someone alight etc etc.

Maybe some of these have been in other games but I've never seen so many ways of despatching someone made in such a fun but still challenging way. Downside is the story which isn't really engaging me enough so far. And what are all the books about? There aren't enough or they aren't long enough to really supplement the story and they fill the inventory up. I've dumped loads of them recently - hope someone can confirm i don't need them all later?

Other game was bought for a bit of fun... and it is. Bought Audiosurf for a fiver. A very novel way of enjoying my music (I like driving rhythms played loud which is ideal for this game).
