What the hell is an M game? Mature?
appeal to the adult PC gamers who simply won't
buy the dumbed down kid stuff. Gothic 4 is going
Nintendo games are dumbed down kids stuff, but not Xbox 360 games.
You'll need to clarify what you mean by Nintendo games. Do you mean Nintendo games in general or the games made and published by Nintendo. There's a big difference, as I never saw a game made by Xbox 360. See Resident Evil series, on Nintendo GC, Wii and DS.
You realise there is more to games than "shiny"? Your entire reply appears to be that of a mid teenager impressed by shiny graphics, even if you may be older, as insinuated by your reply elsewhere about the c64. Real gamers play games that are fun to them, regardless of peer pressure against so called dumbed down kids stuff, something our past resident troll pc lamer couldn't get her head round.
I have a Gamecube, PS1, PS2 as well as my gaming PC, am wishing I didn't sell my dreamcast now but what the heck! I even lament selling my Amiga 1200. I have access via friends and family to Wii and 360.
I see the consoles as dime-store
junk. I've heard enough from liars and con-artists
praising the stinking things, and then find out the
top box only has 512 meg of ram. Seriously, nobody
is going to lie to me about that being enough. My
I hope you're not talking about Xbox 360, because Halo 3
looks extremely awesome on it. It looks better than any
PC game, including Crysis.
lol, having seen and played Halo 3 on my mates 360 on his HDTV, lol, roflmao.
or no repair bills. Buying a console for gaming is
a stupid move for me.
The xbox 360 is a great bargain at only $400.
My PC graphics card alone cost that much.
The 360 is an extremely powerful machine.
So powerfull its having to upscale games like cod4 from some strange resolution like 1024x6000 to 720p otherwise it can't keep the framerate up.
learn more about them. I would like to hear from
the REAL gamers out there, who are qualified to
talk past the present garbage boxes, and give
valid opinions as to when and what to buy.
I'm a real gamer and I think you're wrong as hell.
Xbox 360 is awesome and you don't know what you're
missing and your opinions are fucked up.
I play on both PC and Xbox 360.
On the other hand, the Wii does suck.
Only in your opinion.
Why don't you just shut up and actually fucking
try playing one of the best Xbox 360 games,
such as Halo 3, Mass Effect, or Gears of War?
You're complaining about all kinds of minor ***
that doesn't really matter.
Of the three games I have yet to play Mass Effect. The other two aren't what I would call stellar examples of the genre, although they may represent the best of what the consoles have to offer re fps games. Yes I am aware GoW is an over the shoulder game, I made the mistake of purchasing the PC version, but it plays in a similar vein to a fps, like the turgid "The Club".
Right now the best selection of games is for the Xbox 360.
So if you're not going to play on Xbox 360 because of some
stupid hatred towards them, you'll be missing out on a lot of
really sophisticated, deep games that have a lot of great content.
Which games would they be? I am honestly interested as I'm buying a PS3 in the near future as the 360 games so far have left me cold, as well as the fact its a blu-ray player and media extender.
Which games are, in your opinion, sophisticated and deep?
