Left hand joystick LOGITECH extreme 3d pro twist handle

I was looking at this joystick
Anyone have this one?
It looks like it is right handed but the instructions say it is for
either hand.
I want a left hand joystick. It shows a button for the right thumb in
the picture for the joystick. Does the joystick have a button on the
other side for the left thumb?
