My BFG 7800GTX from Dell was the full retail version. I have purchased
several peripherals on special deals from Dell. All were full retail
versions. If the peripheral is an OEM version built especially for
Dell, then it is never offered as an unbundled item -- unless it is
shipped as an exchange-replacement for an existing Dell system. Easy
to verify anyway by just checking Dell's published spec against the
spec from the manufacturer.
