Are there a lot of people who like that game on this newsgroup?
I'm most of the way through it and it's a lot of fun.
I like how there's so many puzzles, more than most FPS games.
I think it does a great job of implementing all the Jedi powers.
It just gets better and better the further you go.
I love using the force to choke those officers in black uniforms, and
I love using the force to push the storm troopers into the bottomless
pits and hearing them scream.
Sometimes you can make the storm troopers drop their weapons, and then
you can take your time killing them in whatever way is most amusing.
Towards the end of the game you can really whoop a lot of imperial ass
with your light saber and force powers and fight like a maniac,
whereas earlier you had to shoot and take cover a lot when all you had
was blasters.
Raven did such an awesome, all-out job on this game. The graphics are
dated, but the gameplay is spectacular! Is Raven still designing
games? What games have they designed lately?

Are there any other FPS games that are as puzzle-heavy as Jedi
Outcast?

Well, if you liked Jedi Outcast, then you should pick up the
semi-sequel, Jedi Academy. It's basically more of the same, with
slightly more emphasis on light-saber combat.

Other recent Raven PC games include Quake 4 (which had its moments,
although it wasn't exceptional), Marvel Ultimate Alliance and X-Men
Legends II (both action-RPGs based on Marvel comic book characters;
the latter being the better game, in my opinion)

You might also enjoy the Star Trek Elite Force FPS games they did.
They're fairly straight-forward shooters (and, like Jedi Outcast,
fairly linear and short) but fun nonetheless.
