The list of bug-fixes is long and genuinely hilarious. I suspect that

heh... The size is 193 megabytes.

By the way the patch came out only for the European release
(apparently, the size of moon doesn't need fixing in US). However it
can be installed over the US version.

Nah, the U.S. just hasn't declassified the Moon's true size yet. Of
course, since we're the ones who faked^Wlanded there, we know :)
