Because mine is based on actual knowledge and experience. Water's

It does "work" for many criteria for which it was
designed. You seem to be intelligent and can put letters together to
make words. I wonder why you can't seem to accept the fact that you are
wrong on so many different levels.

You make a fair point in one of your other posts about it deterring casual piracy but I'm not convinced as to how well it does. Really how heard is it to get a game crack. If you can download an ISO, and burn or mount it then that's the hard part done. Downloading a crack (which is often packed with the illegal software) and placing it in the right directory is a very quick and simple job.
