bioshock savegames? (spoilers) lot 192 problems

hmmm, that trainer I was using gave unlimited ammo, and by proxy unlimited
inventory. this broke the quest to find the second bottle of "lot 192". as I
already have the maximum I can carry, I cant pickup the second bottle to
trigger the rest of the game.
has anyone got a savegame set right before the quest to get the first bottle
of "lot 192" so that I can try again?
maybe there is a way to edit the number of items in the inventory.
