Just bought this for around £13 on Steam.
Very impressed so far - a bit like Thief in many ways I think. I
didn't buy it originally because I was worried it would be all about
casting spells - which I hate. I'm maybe 5 hours in and so far that
doesn't seem necessary beyond a few basics.
The RPG element reminds me of Deus Ex.
Other than a rubbish plot and dodgy voice acting, I think it's great
and well worth the asking price.
I bought it when it came out and loved it at the beginning. By about the
last third, though, I was just too powerful due to weapons and armor I had
picked picked up (played as warrior class) and wished the game would throw
more enemies at me.
I thought the environments were terrific; the Source engine really shines
in the game.
It's fun to explore and climb up to every little nook and cranny you can
find - there's lots of hidden goodies strewn about. It's very "tomb
raiderish" in that way, maybe even moreso than tomb raider itself.
