Google for "Half-Life2 Valve hype" and similar phrases. Note that some
of the hype goes back at least 1.5 years before the game was finally
released!! And of course the publicity about the so-called "stolen

The difference is John Romero hyped Daikatana. Gabe didn't hype it, the
gaming press did.

Can you name who was arrested, what the charges were and what
the sentence was ?

A german kid who goes by the name Axel G. The charge was theft. Not sentence
was listed.
