Re: Direct X 9.0c new FEB release is GOOD!

As far as I can tell there's only one file that's been changed: quartz.dll.
All the other .dll's are from 2004 so what difference does this update to
directx 9.0c make? Is it just to sucker people into getting their windows
installation verified?
