Ubisoft have used SF on all recent releases for some time now, HOMM5
generated a massive 21 page thread about this on their forums

Ubisoft are quite open about such issues and are the only publisher that
I know of that have openly discussed SF and the level of complaints that
can be attributed to SF (0.1% or 0.3% if you include Splinter Cell 3).
