I tried with the drums to see if one of them would block off the steam
leak. I also shot one and blew my own face off, so that obviously
wan't the way to do it. I also tried shooting the nearby fire
extinguisher , of course it didn't work as it was steam rather than
flames!
I guessed it on the third reload, the loading screen actually shows
the valve crashing through the window. I think the developers were
trying to give us a clue there.
Basic stuff, but still a reasonably fun demo I think. The graphics
whilst not Q4 quality have a nice old school Quake 2 look about them.
At first I though it might be built on a modified Q3 engine, but I
think it's proprietary.
By the way, did you work out that picking up the blue and red crates
and pressing the use key would sometimes provide ammo and health
respectively?
