Always been taught to give a solution NOT a problem. I've always passed
that on when training others. Works well in our business. Otherwise folk
just sound like they're whinging.

Anyway - read the thread again. You said you were expecting more. You were
asked what you were expecting. You was not being asked for innovation.
Surely you must have some idea what you were expecting?
