Look like it. I haven't booted xp64 in a while but I see SF v3.5 is now fully compatible.

I don't know which older games already used some version of Starforce, but I ran a lot of older games under Winxp x64, too...


Might be time to start looking at xp64 again.

I'd think twice about that. There is a lot that does _not_ work in the x64 Windowsxp! Like CD burning in iTunes, nero virtual image drive (and other imaging tools!), almost zero antivirus programs, no drivers for Nvidia cards with video in, no TV cards with x64 drivers, and much more little problems that can be nerve breaking...


I need the x64 version because I have programs that need much memory and only the x64 version can use my 10GB RAM. If you have less than 4GB memory I'd strongly recommend to stay with the 32bit version...

IMHO changing to a 64bit Windows only makes sense when Windows Vista comes out, for Windowsxp x64 the support by program vendors and especially for hardware is still really lacking - and this for sure won't change before Vista...
